Love, love, love! To the point! I also use a short “what’s most important list” and try to estimate how long each task will take. Then slot my tasks into my hourly plan for the day. Otherwise, I find I’m so focused on my task, I work right through lunch . . . and sit, sit, sit all day! Having hourly goals – and built in eating and moving times, creates the little bit of extra structure I need!
